UNA was born from the wish to change our contact with the consumer. At UNA there is a total connection between gastronomy and client. While the kitchen is working for only one table, the guests at UNA will have the gastronomic experience of being attended to exclusively.
CREATED AND FOUNDED BY CHEF MARTÍN MILESI, UNA OFFERS A TASTING MENU ACCOMPANIED BY WINES OF ARGENTINA. THE MENU WILL BE COMPRISED OF A VARIETY OF DIVERSE DISHES INSPIRED BY LATIN AMERICAN CUISINES, AND WILL EXPRESS A OPTIMISTIC NOSTALGIA TOWARDS OUR REGION.
