Constancia is an independent, family-run Argentine grill and steak house, located in the heart of Bermondsey, London’s former tannery and leather district. Established in 2009, we quickly gained a reputation for the excellent quality of our food, the friendly and attentive service, and the laid-back atmosphere. Our homemade Empanadas (pasties) are the most delicious you’ll find in London.
We cook prime Argentine beef in an authentic charcoal parrilla delivering the most delicious, tender, and mouthwatering steaks you’ll try. We are passionate about food and work with the noblest ingredients (many sourced from Borough Market). Our menu is not extensive but it includes Iberico pork chops and New Zealand lamb. Fresh salads and chunky chips adorned with garlic and parsley make addictive sides. If you have room for dessert you won’t be disappointed with, for example, our gooey homemade chocolate brownie with dulce de leche, which is as decadent an ending as you’d expect from a truly Argentinean restaurant. We are proud of our extensive list of Argentinean wines, which includes Malbecs of every region, and are a match made in heaven with our menu.
